Welcome to Episode 22 of the Voices Of Boyle Podcast!

In this episode of the Voices of Boyle, I chat with Barry Feely, who has dedicated alot of his life to the monumental business.

With a keen interest in stonework from a young age, he honed his craft by working with his father to produce intricate monuments made of Celtic rock.

He discusses the traditional method of working with limestone and highlights how working with his brothers brought longevity to their family business.

He also discusses how he got involved in the Boyle Arts Festival and a few other local committees.

Barry’s passion for developing and showcasing Boyle’s historical monuments also comes through.

Barry’s story reflects on his life’s work, including the monumental industry’s ups and downs and his difficulties with dyslexia.

Grab yourself a cuppa and enjoy episode number 22 on the podcast.
